We at Amalgamated Property Services Limited wish to join hands with you to celebrate a decade of our existence – providing services to you all over the years.

Our company was formed 10 years ago with humble beginnings having 11 properties in our portfolio covering 170 tenants. As we cross this milestone we manage 25 large properties covering 458 tenants spread in and around Uganda.

Amalgamated Property Services Limited was the first company in the entire East and Central African Region to get an ISO 9001-2000 accreditation from BVQI. We are the only property management company to have ONLINE accounting which is further being upgraded with dedicated software to provide more value and improved services to you, as well as to our clients.

Our success has been as a result of our dedicated staff and to a larger extent, credit is due to all of you – our customers! We thank you for the co-operation that you have all extended to us and we hope we have managed to reciprocate the same to you.

We were incorporated in the year 1999 with a view to provide a wide range of quality property management services in Uganda. The Companies activities are concentrated mainly in and around Kampala and Jinja. It is a limited liability company registered in Uganda in 1999 by a group of Investors who had interests in Uganda since 1950.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Amalgamated Property Services Ltd is fully computerised with all the computers on a network, thus being able to provide online and updated information at all times.
Tenants registration, preparation of tenancy agreements, allocation of units, reminder letters and other correspondences are managed by our computerist management systems and all tenants receipts are recorded and transferred into the Tenants Account and Landlords Receipt Account and expenses are also maintained through using our property management software.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS
All transactions are manged using our computereised systems and up to the minute trial balances are available.
